We’ve been researching the rise in spam and phishing email received by our customers using Microsoft 365 services. As these scams become more sophisticated, we’re finding that more people are being tricked into handing over their details. This obviously has implications for safeguarding, GDPR and the security of the network.

New ways to trick users and obtain valuable data or finances are created all the time which means many traditional web security products are vulnerable until the scam has been detected and reported.
